The Bible is the revealed, inspired, authoritative Word of God, inerrant in its original writings.
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons – the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit.
God created a perfect world as described in the Bible, and created mankind in His image.
Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s only command when tempted by Satan (as the serpent), bringing sin, curse, and death into the world.
God promised to save His people from their sin and revealed His plan of salvation progressively throughout human history as revealed in Scripture until the birth of Jesus Christ, “the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!”. (John 1:29b NIV)
Jesus Christ came to earth as fully God and fully man through a virgin birth, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and voluntarily atoned for the sin of mankind through His sacrificial death and He overcame death and sin through His bodily resurrection. He is at the right hand of the Father and will return in power and glory, bringing His followers with Him to live for all eternity with Him in the new heaven and new earth.
Salvation begins with God softening the hearts of sinful people through the work of the Holy Spirit.
There is spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
There is a present ministry of the Holy Spirit whose indwelling power guides, teaches, convicts, and empowers Christ followers to live a godly life and share God’s love and truth with others so they can also accept His free gift of forgiveness and promise of eternity in heaven.
Each person will be resurrected – either saved through trust in Jesus Christ and resurrected to eternal life in heaven or to face judgment and an eternity without God’s presence.
