“When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, ‘Simon son of John, do you love Me more than these’?  ‘Yes, Lord’, he said, ‘You know that I love You’.  Jesus said, ‘Feed My lambs’.”    John 20:15

[My personal observation – Jesus asked Peter about feeding His lambs before asking about feeding His sheep].

Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom.  One generation commends Your works to another; they tell of Your mighty acts.  They speak of the glorious splendor of Your majesty –
and I will meditate on Your wonderful works.  They tell of the power of Your awesome works and I will proclaim Your great deeds.  They celebrate Your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of Your righteousness.”
Psalm 145:3-7

“Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”Mark 9:37

“We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord,
His power, and the wonders He has done.”
Psalm 78:4

“People were bringing little children to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them.  When Jesus saw this, He was indignant. He said to them, ‘Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.  Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.’  And He took the children in His arms, placed His hands on them and blessed them.”    Mark 10:13-16

“But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”   2 Timothy 3:14-15

“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.”    3 John 1:4

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”   1 Timothy 4:12

“It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble.”     Luke17:2

But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things He did and the children shouting in the temple courts, ‘Hosanna to the Son of David’, they were indignant.  ‘Do you hear what these children are saying?’ they asked Him. ‘Yes’, replied Jesus, ‘have you never read, From the lips of children and infants You, Lord, have called forth Your praise’?”    Matthew 21:1
