“Adventure Safaris” Dinosaur Warehouse & Exploratorium – Santa Maria (central coast of California); has a bone room of dinosaur replicas (from fossils found by Dakota Mac, Russ McGlenn), teachings on Egypt, science, inventors, etc.; also offers simulated archaeological digs.

Cabazon (off of I-10 between Riverside & Palm Springs) – “Cabazon Dinosaurs” – iconic roadside attraction with “Mr. Rex’s Dinosaur Adventure” includes a dinosaur exhibit featuring over 50 lifelike dinosaurs, a dinosaur dig, fossil panning, and access to climb inside Mr. Rex all the way up to his mouth!”; also offers dinosaur-themed merchandise; was a creation museum in the past, but seems to have lost its mission over time; dinosaur enthusiasts may still enjoy the large-scale sculptures.
